Research Center For Islamic Economics and Finance (RECISEF) was established on July 21, 2014 in the Official Gazette No. 29067 and published in the related regulation.
Our center’s priority is; to carry out researches and studies on the theoretical and practical aspects necessary in the field of Islamic economics and finance, to investigate the history and current situation of concepts and phenomena related to Islamic economy and finance, to make analysis about the future, to carry out the activities necessary for the mature and widespread public awareness of this area, to produce new information in an interdisciplinary approach in these fields, to develop application models for this purpose.
In this context, the awareness of Islamic economics and finance in Turkey, the development of awareness and knowledge levels, to provide education and training for the researchers and interested people in these subjects in order to gain knowledge and skills, organizing courses, seminars, congresses and symposiums, certificate programs in this frame, carry out postgraduate programs, to provide support to scientists who will go abroad to carry out researches and examinations when necessary, to cooperate with national and international organizations in the field of Islamic economy and finance and to carry out organizations in line with the aim and to advise these organizations when necessary, are among the targeted activities.
It is aimed to carry out education, research, projects, meetings and publications at local, regional, national and international levels in relation to the field, to develop cooperation with related national and international institutions and organizations and to carry out joint works.
Objectives
The aim of this program is to train researchers and experts who will contribute both at the theoretical level and at the application level in the field of Islamic economy and finance, concept of economic science and economical view from the Islamic perspective, having basic Islamic law and economical and finance notion at a sufficient level, to meet the human resource needs of the financial sector.
Targets
The aim of this program is to contribute to the development of the theory of Islam from a moral and legal point of view in the field of economics and finance and to the establishment of a unique moral and economic system and financial system.
